<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - On August 8 at 9:11 PM, Columbia police officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 1700 block of Hanover Blvd.<br /><br />The scene investigation revealed a female was struck by a bullet in the arm. The injuries were non-life threatening and the individual was treated for her injuries. Officers found at least one vehicle in the area which was struck by gunfire. <br /><br />The suspect is described as a black male with short hair. The vehicle in which the suspect left is described as a black or dark colored two door vehicle with shiny wheel rims. <br /><br />Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with any information regarding this incidents is asked to contact the Columbia Police Department at 573.874.7652, or call CrimeStoppers at 573.875.TIPS (8477) to remain anonymous.</div>
