On Aug. 20 around 1:30 p.m., Columbia Police officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 1100 block of Eastland Circle. Officers found evidence of shots being fired and made contact with an individual who suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound. <br /><br />The gunshot wound victim refused transport to a local hospital. <br /><br />Officers developed suspect information and later detained two males and one female for questioning in the area of Broadway and Trimble Road. Officers subsequently arrested the two males and continue to question the female. <br /><br />The investigation is ongoing. <br /><br />The Columbia Police Department is asking for the community's assistance for any additional information concerning this crime. If you have any information regarding this incident, please call the Columbia Police Department at 573.874.7652, or call CrimeStoppers at 573.875.TIPS (8477) to remain anonymous.<br /><br /><br /></div>
