<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Changes to Columbia public transit will occur Oct. 1, summer 2019</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Columbia City Council voted at their Sept. 17 meeting to make changes to Go COMO, Columbia’s public transit system, as part of their budgeting process for fiscal year 2019. Effective Oct. 1, Go COMO will end fixed route service at 7 p.m. (previously 8 p.m.) and para-transit service at 6:25 p.m. (previously 7:25 p.m.) The flex route service will also be discontinued.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Next summer, other changes will go into effect. Those changes will include ending fixed route and para-transit service on Saturdays and adjusting six fixed routes to service Wabash Bus Station.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">No other changes were made to para-transit services.</span></p>
