<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The Activity & Recreation Center (ARC), 1701 W. Ash, has delayed opening this morning. The facility does not have water service due to a water main break. <br /><br />The ARC will open as soon as possible after repairs are made. We apologize for any inconvenience.</div>
