<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">On Monday, Oct. 29, a new signalized crosswalk is scheduled to be activated on Providence Road adjacent to Hickman High School as a part of the </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">MKT-to-Parkade </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bike Boulevard project.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">"The crosswalk signal at Providence/Forest Avenue is currently scheduled to be turned on Monday morning," Columbia Construction Project Superintendent David Fennewald said. "These signals will provide a protected crosswalk for users."</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /><br /></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />A new signalized crosswalk was already added earlier this year on Business Loop 70 at Parkade Boulevard as well as a flashing beacon on Broadway at Aldeah/Edgewood avenues. </span></p>
