<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="font-weight: 400;">The City of Columbia's Housing Programs Division invites the public to the "Fostering Inclusive and Equitable Neighborhoods" event on Thursday, November 29 at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 701 E. Broadway. The keynote speaker, Dr. Tiffany Manuel, is nationally recognized in the field of affordable housing, community development and building public will.  The event will include academic and practical insights into building public will for furthering the City's affordable housing and community development efforts.  Small break out discussion sessions will be held following the presentation.</p>
