<p><strong>Incident Details: </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">T</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">he incident occurred as Vehicle 1 (Chevy SUV) was traveling west on I70 Drive Southwest in the 3800 block. Vehicle 1 lost control, overturned, left the roadway, and struck a tree. During the incident, Driver 1 was ejected from the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries. Contributing factors are unknown at this time. The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing. The next of kin has been notified.</span></p>
