<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Update - Arrest made in Dec. 15 shooting in 3800 block of Aspen Heights Parkway</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police arrested Jaylen D. James, 20, of Columbia on Sunday, Dec. 16 on charges of Assault 2nd, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Tampering with Physical Evidence. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The arrest was in relation to a report of shots fired in the area of the 3800 block of Aspen Heights Parkway at approximately 2:40 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15. It was reported as an accidental shooting. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">During the investigation, officers found one adult victim with non-life threatening injuries. The victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for medical assistance. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">The investigation continues.</span></p>
