<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The City of Columbia's 5-year Consolidated Plan is the City's strategic planning document for developing policy to direct federal and local resources for affordable housing and community development in Columbia. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funding directly supports the City's strategic priority of social equity to strengthen our community so all individuals can thrive. This public engagement event will include feedback sessions on affordable housing, economic development, neighborhood infrastructure and revitalization and non-profit community partners.</span></p>
