<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The City of Columbia Public Works Department has scheduled a second informal open house meeting concerning the Primrose Drive traffic calming project. This public interested parties meeting will be held Monday, Feb. 11, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Valley View Community Church, 2900 Barberry Ave.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /><br /></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The goal of the project is to calm traffic on Primrose Drive between Stadium Boulevard and Sunflower Street. Primrose Drive is No. 4 on the 2017 Neighborhood Traffic Management Program Priority List.</span></p>
<br />
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The first interested parties meeting for the project took place </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oct. 2, 2018.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> The purpose of the second meeting is to present design concepts</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> for the installation of traffic calming measures including speed tables. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">City engineers will be available to answer questions and listen to public input. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Construction is currently planned for summer 2019 following the City’s public involvement process.</span></p>
