(COLUMBIA, MO) - The City of Columbia has three upcoming programs that provide residents with knowledge about natural resources and provide hands-on service projects in local parks.

The Columbia Aquatic Restoration Project (CARP) course will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20 and Thursday, Feb. 21. CARP is a volunteer program designed to support the Columbia Parks and Recreation Department in implementing an aquatic and shoreline management program.
