<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:145%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">2019 Advancing Renewables in the Midwest Conference scheduled for April 2-3</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The annual Advancing Renewables in the Midwest Conference will be held on Tuesday, April 2 from 1 to 6 p.m. and Wednesday, April 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. on the University of Missouri’s campus at the Christopher S. Bond Life Sciences Center, 1201 Rollins St.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This conference offers attendees the opportunity to hear speakers from across the country discuss progress and the latest trends in renewable energy.  A few topics that will be covered include advancements in solar, geothermal, electric vehicles and energy efficiency.  This year’s keynote speaker, David Shorr, partner at Lathrop Gage, will speak on how politics and financial opportunities have affected U.S. environmental policies and the coming pendulum change.  A full list of speakers and topics can be found at</span><a href="https://www.advancingrenewables.org/"> <span style="font-weight: 400;">AdvancingRenewables.org</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">.   <br /></span></p>
<p><a href="https://www.advancingrenewables.org/registration"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Online registration</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> for the conference is now open.  Save $25 with early bird registration, ending Monday, March 18.  Regular registration pricing, $150 for energy professionals and $110 for non-energy professionals, is available through Saturday, March 30.  Late registration will be available for an additional $25.  Need-based scholarships for the registration fee are available.  Media covering the event should check in at the registration desk the day of the conference.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lunches and a continental breakfast will be served during the conference, as well as a networking reception Tuesday evening and a dinner outing to the downtown Shakespeare’s Tuesday night.</span><strong>              <br /></strong></p>
