<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - In an effort to protect the health and safety of collection staff in extreme weather, the City of Columbia Solid Waste Utility will cancel curbside recycle and trash collection on Monday, March 4.  Due to forecasted life-threatening temperatures and wind chills, Solid Waste collection will be delayed by one day the entire week. <br /><br />Any changes will be shared via Facebook (<a href="https://www.facebook.com/columbiarecycles/" target="_blank">@ColumbiaRecycles</a>) and on the COMO Recycle and Trash app available for <a href="https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/como-recycle-and-trash/id1126840859?mt=8" target="_blank">Apple</a> and <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.recollect.columbiamo" target="_blank">Android</a>. Customers signed up to receive updates from the app will be notified directly of service changes. Download it today to receive schedule reminders, service n
