<p><strong>Location:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Grindstone Parkway/Old Highway 63</span> </p>
<p><strong>Vehicle, Driver and Pedestrian Information:<br /></strong> <br /><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vehicle 1 - 2015 Ford Focus</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Driver 1 - Regine H. McCracken, 23, Columbia, Missouri, Seat belt - Yes, Minor injuries</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />Vehicle 2 - 2006 Ford F550</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Driver 2 - Caleb Willis, 22, Columbia, Missouri, Seat belt - Yes, Minor Injuries<br /><br /></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pedestrian 1 - Randall L. Siddens, 33, Columbia, Missouri, Serious Injuries</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pedestrian 2 - Robin Greener, 22, Columbia, Missouri, Minor Injuries</span></p>
<p> <br /><strong>Incident Details:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Driver 2 stopped Vehicle 2 in the roadway in the outside lane of travel, facing west, on Grindstone Parkway near Old Highway 63. Vehicle 2 was being used to collect traffic cones that were previously placed on the road for an event. Pedestrian 1 and Pedestrian 2 were in the roadway collecting the cones. A Columbia Police patrol vehicle was behind Vehicle 2 with its emergency red and blue lights on. Driver 1 was traveling west in the inside lane of travel on Grindstone Parkway. Driver 1 drove from the inside lane of travel to the outside lane of travel. Vehicle 1 struck Pedestrian 1 and Pedestrian 2, then struck the rear of Vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 then caught fire. Parties were transported to a local hospital. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.</span></p>
