<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vehicle 1 (motorcycle) - 2008 Kawasaki EX6508F Ninja 650R</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Driver 1 - Skyler E. Dingwell, 25, of Centralia, DOT compliant helmet - Yes, Serious injuries</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vehicle 2 (marked police vehicle) - 2017 Ford Explorer</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Driver 2 - Brandon Baden, 26, of Columbia, Seatbelt -Yes, Minor injuries</span></p>
<p><strong>Synopsis</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The crash occurred as Vehicle 1(motorcycle) was traveling southbound on Brown Station Road near Leeway Drive. Vehicle 1 attempted to pass an uninvolved vehicle on the left in a no passing zone. Vehicle 1 was then traveling southbound in the northbound lane of traffic. Vehicle 2 (marked police vehicle) was traveling northbound on Brown Station Road at Leeway Drive. Vehicle 1 then crashed head-on into Vehicle 2, causing Driver 1 to be ejected off Vehicle 1. The area in which the crash impact occurred has a median island to divide the traffic in addition to double yellow centerline paint stripe to mark the lanes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Speed and diving actions of Vehicle 1 are believed to be contributing factors. Other contributing factors of the crash are still under investigation.</span></p>
