<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police arrested Randall Gene Shaw, 43, of Columbia, in connection to the Aug. 16, 2018, robbery at Central Bank of Boone County, located at 1916 Paris Road.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On June 5, Columbia Police followed up on a lead about the possible location of Shaw, who had been previously identified as a suspect in the robbery. When detectives attempted to make contact with Shaw at the 100 block of Poplar Hill Drive, CPD detectives determined the suspect was hiding in a closet inside a residence. Patrol officers and Street Crimes detectives worked together tor to safely take the suspect into custody.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In addition to the original charge of Robbery 1st Degree and Armed Criminal Action, Shaw was also arrested for Resisting Arrest/Detention for a Felony.</span></p>
