<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">More than 300 professional and amateur disc golfers from across the country are in Columbia this weekend to participate in the Mid America Open.</p>

<p>This is the 35^th year the Mid America Open has been held in Columbia. The tournament is sponsored by Discraft and coordinated locally by the Columbia Disc Golf Club. </p>

<p>The tournament is taking place Friday, Aug. 2 through Sunday, Aug. 4. Professional golfers are playing at Harmony Bends Disc Golf Course at Strawn Park, 801 N. Strawn Road. Amateur golfers are playing at Albert-Oakland Park, 1900 Blue Ridge Road.  </p>
