<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">On Sunday, Aug. 4, 2019, Columbia Police obtained an arrest warrant for Keith Alan Comfort, 37, of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin for Murder 2nd Degree, in relation to a Columbia missing person case from 2006. Megan Nicole Shultz, 24 at the time of her disappearance, was reported missing Aug. 5, 2006. At the time, Comfort stated she left their residence on Amelia Street in Columbia on foot.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Comfort went to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin Police Department on Sunday, Aug. 4, and made voluntary statements to a Lake Geneva Police officer implicating himself in the death of Shultz. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police detectives are currently en route to Lake Geneva to interview Comfort. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A warrant for Comfort’s arrest has been issued with a $1,000,000 cash-only bond. </span></p>
