<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Travel the world with dancing, games, music and more at the next Family Fun Fest, coordinated by Columbia Parks and Recreation. This month’s event has the theme of Around the World, and will be held Wednesday, Aug. 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Cosmo Park, 1615 Business Loop 70 W. Performers include:</p>
<p><strong>Lamb Shelter Stage</strong></p>
<p>6:45-7:45 p.m. Allie Bruns</p>
<p><strong>Burford Shelter Stage</strong></p>
<p>6:15 p.m. Confucius Institute "Fan Dance"</p>
<p>6:30 p.m. Jabberwocky Studios - hip hop and modern African Dance</p>
<p>7:15 p.m. Friends of China traditional Chinese dances</p>
<p>Columbia Parks and Recreation’s Fun Fests are free and feature a new theme each month. Entertainment for the entire family includes music, special performances, art activities, bounce-houses, hands-on activities, balloon animals, face painting and fun for all ages. Kids will also have the chance to see a City of Columbia firetruck and visit Daniel Boone Regional Library’s Bookmobile.</p>
<p>Food trucks scheduled to be at the park include the Big Cheeze, Kona Ice, RJ’s Real Italian Ice, Crepe Cart and 2 Odd Dawgs hot dog cart.</p>
<p>Family Fun Fests are sponsored by Tigers Community Credit Union, ParentLink, Columbia Convention and Visitors Bureau, KPLA 101.5, and KOMU 8.</p>
