<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display: inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The City of Columbia Housing Programs Division is pleased to announce the release of the Draft 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan.  The plan will guide approximately $8,275,000 in community investments over the next 5 years.</span></p>
<p>The Consolidated Plan <span style="font-weight: 400;">is the City's plan for guiding affordable housing and community development programs, policies and investments. The Consolidated Plan assesses the City's affordable housing and community development needs and market conditions to facilitate data-driven, place-based investment decisions, while involving key community stakeholders. The consolidated planning process serves as a framework for a community-wide dialogue to identify housing and community development priorities.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A public hearing will be held at the September 3, 2019 and October 7, 2019 City Council meetings.  Members of the public and community stakeholders are invited to provide comment.</span></p>
