<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">St. Louis County Police* ar</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">rested Javion Martae Lawhorn-Wallace, 30, of Columbia, on Thursday, Sept. 26, for an arrest warrant in connection to the homicide of Nadria Wright, 18, of Columbia, and the assault on Sam Baldwin, 28, of Columbia, on Sept. 13.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">"We are thankful for the assistance from all law enforcement agencies that assisted us with the capture of Lawhorn-Wallace," Columbia Police Chief Geoff Jones said. "We will continue to gather evidence and pursue leads in this case."</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lawhorn-Wallace was arrested on one count of second-degree murder, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and two counts of armed criminal action.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Anyone with information about this incident is asked to please contact the Columbia Police Department at 573.874.7652 or Crimestoppers at 573.875.TIPS (8477) to remain anonymous.</span></p>
<p><strong>*Correction:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> St. Louis County Police arrested Lawhorn-Wallace. Previous communications incorrectly indicated Federal law enforcement officials, who were also searching for the suspect, had made the arrest. </span></p>
