<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Columbia Police make two arrests related to shots fired call on Silver Mill Drive on Sept. 29</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police officers responded to a reported shots fired call in the 5300 block of Silver Mill Drive on Sunday, Sept. 29 at approximately 8 p.m.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Officers arrived and began collecting evidence at the scene, which included witness statements, video surveillance and shell casings. No injuries or property damage were reported or discovered during the investigation.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Evidence collected led to the arrest of Daniel Dashawn Ayers 17, of Columbia for assault 4th and unlawful use of a weapon and Le’Andre J. Mitchell, 18, of Columbia, for possession of a stolen firearm.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Information gathered during the investigation led officers to believe that this was not a random incident. This is an ongoing investigation, and there is no further information to release at this time. </span></p>
