<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">City of Columbia Public Works plans to have an 8-person crew report at 3 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 31 to monitor road conditions and to treat priority routes. Air temperatures are forecast to fall below freezing around 4 a.m., meaning pavement temperatures might also fall below freezing. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ice is not currently in the forecast but isolated slick conditions are possible. If rain and drizzle continue through the night, this may reduce the effectiveness of pretreatment. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Motorists are encouraged to stay tuned to local forecasts, give themselves extra time for their morning commute and be prepared to drive with extreme caution.</span></p>
