<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police arrested Kevin Joseph Lambert, 30, of Columbia, on Dec 13., in connection to the homicide of Marceino Carlous Moore.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Moore, 36, of Columbia was shot and killed around 11:50 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 9, in the parking lot of Welcome Inn, 1612 N. Providence Road</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lambert was arrested on charges of Murder in the Second Degree and Armed Criminal Action and has been remanded to the custody of the Boone County Jail. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">"This arrest was the result of solid police work, following leads, and good community assistance," Assistant Chief Jeramiah Hunter said.</span></p>
