<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">The City of Columbia will begin ticketing vehicles parked on priority routes per City ordinance for two inches of snowfall. Vehicles not moved soon after ticketing are subject to being towed.</p>
