<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Columbia Police arrest one suspect for a disturbance located in the 200 block of Park Ave., on Jan. 31</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At approximately 4:31 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 31, the Columbia Police Department was dispatched to a disturbance in the 200 block of Park Ave. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Upon arrival, it was determined a victim had been attacked with a knife and sustained life threatening injuries. Prior to the emergency personnel arriving, officers </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">rendered aid to a female victim, 34 of Columbia. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">The victim was immediately transported to a local hospital by ambulance. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police identified and arrested Larry Wesley Galbreath, 50, of Columbia as the suspect. The victim and suspect knew each other.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Galbreath has been charged with </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, domestic assault in the 1st degree, armed criminal action, kidnapping in the 1st degree, burglary in the 1st degree, felony resisting arrest, assault in the 3rd degree and assault in the 4th Degree of law enforcement officer. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. There are no further details to provide at this time. </span></p>
