<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">City of Columbia coronavirus (COVID-19) update - Director of Health and Human Services issues Special Order 2020-02 -  Additional Restrictions - Friday, March 20 at 5 p.m.</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The Director of Health and Human Services, Stephanie Browning, has issued Special Order 2020-02. This Order 2020-02 supersedes and replaces Order 2020-01 effective at 2:00 a.m. on March 21, 2020. <br /><br />The purpose of the new order is to contain the spread of SARS-CoV2 and COVID-19 and brings the regulations into compliance with the State of Missouri which will announce similar restrictions on public gatherings on Saturday, March 21, 2020. <br /><br />A copy of Special Order 2020-02 is attached. A copy of this order has been provided to the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown District, Regional Economic Development Inc. (REDI) and the Mid-Missouri Restaurant Association for distribution to their members.  </div>
