<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Columbia Police locate human remains near I-70 Drive NW and Stadium, April 14</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">On Tuesday, April 14, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Columbia police responded to an area near I-70 Drive NW and Stadium Boulevard after an individual reported finding possible human remains. Upon arrival, officers were able to confirm human remains, which were heavily decomposed.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Detectives and evidence technicians were called to secure and process the scene. The Boone County Medical Examiner was also contacted and the remains were transported to the medical examiner's office for further analysis.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This case is considered open and has been forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Division. At this time, a cause of death and identity has not yet been determined. There are no additional details to provide. </span></p>
