<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At approximately  9 p.m., on June 25, Columbia police responded to a weapons incident in the 2000 block of Arlene Drive. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia police detained one 12-year-old male juvenile suspect for fourth-degree assault in relation to brandishing what the victim reported as a gun and threatening the victim. The investigation revealed it was a BB gun, which can be easily perceived as a real gun. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The juvenile suspect was released to his guardian.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. There are no further details to provide at this time.</span></p>
