<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The Columbia Community Land Trust (CCLT) is pleased to announce an anonymous donation of $30,000 to support the creation and stewardship of permanently affordable homeownership opportunities.  The donors, a Columbia couple, hope that their donation will encourage other community members to contribute to the CCLT in these challenging times.  Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, housing markets across the country have experienced a reduction in supply and an increase in appreciation of housing prices.  Many reinvestment and recovery efforts across the country have identified the importance of permanently affordable housing.  This generous donation will further the Columbia Community Land Trust's efforts to create a sustainable organization dedicated to protecting housing affordability and economic opportunity for generations to come.  </div>
