<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia City Manager John Glascock will deliver the annual budget message and recommendations for fiscal year 2021 on Friday, July 24, at 10 a.m., in Council Chambers at City Hall. The proposed budget will cover the time period of Oct. 1, 2020, through Sept. 30, 2021.<br /><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Due to COVID-19, residents are encouraged to view the City Manager’s presentation by watching the </span><a href="http://gocolumbiamo.granicus.com/MediaPlayer.php?publish_id=a8703f82-8fb6-4fd9-8271-fcbe20cdcf0a"><span style="font-weight: 400;">live broadcast</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">. Limited seating is available for members of the media. Social distancing measures will be in place.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">A copy of the proposed budget will
