(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is recognizing the Columbia Community Land Trust, City of Columbia and Providence Bank Cullimore Cottages project as a best practice in this region for creating public-private partnerships that support affordable housing and community development efforts. This partnership is recognized as an exemplary model for how local public, private and philanthropic resources can transform neighborhoods, preserve affordability and provide economic opportunity to underserved communities. This recognition will help the CCLT further its efforts to create a sustainable non-profit community land trust organization dedicated to creating and stewarding affordable housing for generations to come.
