<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vehicle 1 Passenger - Jordan A. Farrar, 24 of Columbia, Seat belt-No, No injuries </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vehicle 2 - Black/Silver 2017 Boom 49cc MVP Moped Scooter</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Driver 2 - Nicholas B. Schneider, 21, Warrenton, Helmet-Yes, Fatal injuries</span></p>
<p><strong>Incident Details:</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The crash occurred as Vehicle 1 was traveling east on West Green Meadows Road near Green Meadows Circle. Vehicle 2 was traveling west on Green Meadows Road near Troyer Drive. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vehicle 1 crossed into the westbound lane and collided head-on with Vehicle 2. Driver 2 was ejected from the moped and was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries where he was later pronounced deceased.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Next of kin for Driver 2 has been notified.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. There are no further details to provide at this time. </span></p>
