<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Columbia police arrest two suspects involved in a verbal disturbance with a weapon, Sept. 11</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At approximately 2:30 p.m. on Sept.11, Columbia Police responded to a report of a verbal disturbance with a weapon in the 700 block of Wilkes Blvd.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Upon arrival, officers located a female victim, 40, who suffered injuries to her head and minor cuts on her arms and legs. Officers stayed with the victim until EMS arrived at the scene to assist. The victim was transported to a local hospital to treat non-life threatening injuries.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">With the help of witnesses, officers were able to locate two suspects near the Welcome Inn Motel, located at 1612 Providence Rd. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The suspects were identified as a Misty Guzman-Castro, 39, and Demeco Williams, 50, both of Columbia. Both suspects have been arrested for second degree assault and armed criminal action.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia police would like to thank the community for their assistance in this case. There are no additional details to provide at this moment. </span></p>
