<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At approximately 7:48 p.m. on Oct. 2, Columbia police responded to a report of shots heard in the 400 block of Oak St. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Upon arrival, officers located damage to a residence occupied by adults and juveniles, and several shell casings were recovered at the scene. There were no reported injuries at the time of the incident.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Officers were advised by Boone County Joint Communications that the suspect who shot at the residence was last seen driving a dark colored vehicle traveling southbound on Oak Street. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is no further suspect description to provide at this time. This is an active and ongoing investigation and there are no further details to provide at this time.</span></p>
