<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Beginning </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monday, Nov. 2, at 9 a.m., Ridenhour Directional Drilling</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">, contractor for Socket Telecom, plans to install new fiber optic cables on existing City of Columbia utility poles</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> This will result in lane closures along East Saint Charles Road between North Keene Street and Elderbrook Drive. The work associated with the closure is scheduled to be completed by Tuesday, Nov. 3, by 4 p.m., weather permitting.<br /><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Two-way traffic will be maintained utilizing temporary traffic control and flaggers. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Motorists, pedestrians and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in t
