<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Beginning Monday, Nov. 2 the top floors of the Fifth and Walnut, North Fifth Street and East Walnut Street, and Short Street, 1110 E. Walnut St., parking garages will be closed to all vehicular traffic and parking. A chain will be placed to prevent vehicles from accessing and parking on the top floors and to divert traffic through the cut-through to bypass the top floors altogether. Keeping the top floors clear of vehicles greatly aids the Parking Utility staff in combating snow events. Any vehicles parked on the top floor during this period may be ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense. Staff has determined there are sufficient spaces on lower levels to account for any displacement during this time. The top floors are scheduled to be reopened for parking on Monday, March 15, 2021, weather permitting.<br /><br /></span><span style="
 font-weight: 400;">Parking Utility would like to thank all patrons for their cooperation during this time.</span></p></div>
