<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police were dispatched to a report of a robbery and assault in the 1400 block of Ross St. on Nov. 1 at approximately 1:30 a.m. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">One victim reported that six or seven males were walking westbound on Ross Street. The victim also reported that one of the males threw something that broke a window of the residence the victim was visiting. The male who threw the object was described as a Black male, approximately 160 lbs and 5’10 with a "fade" style haircut. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The victim reported that he began to take a video of the suspects with his phone but was approached and assaulted. The victim reported that the phone was stolen by the suspects. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">That was corroborated by another victim who was on the porch at the time of the incident. The second victim also reported that one of the suspects came onto the porch and assaulted him. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Both victims reported that four of the suspects from the group left the area in a red sedan. There is no further description to provide. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Medical attention was provided to the victims at the scene. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. There are no further details to provide at this time.</span> </p>
