<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Kevin Jonas Soto, 50, of Hallsville, is a black male who is approximately 5’10 and weighs 270 lbs.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soto was last seen wearing a black coat, black ball cap, a navy blue v-neck t-shirt and white tennis shoes in the 2100 block of Forum Blvd at approximately 9:30 a.m. He was also seen carrying a black and red stripe lunchbox and a Walmart bag.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soto is known to have medical conditions that may put him in danger.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This case is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information about this incident is urged to please contact the Columbia Police Department at 573.874.7652 or CrimeStoppers at 573.875.TIPS (8477) to remain anonymous.</span></p>
