<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Columbia Police Department has located the missing 50 year-old  Kevin Jonas Soto, 50, of Hallsville. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mr. Soto has been found safe and unharmed and is back with his caretakers. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police would like to thank the community for quick assistance with this search. There is no further information to provide. </span></p>
