<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Columbia Police arrest two suspects involved in an assault on Locust and Tenth St., Dec. 29</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">On Dec. 29, Columbia Police arrested Javonte Hand, 25, and Boyce Hamilton, 49, both of Columbia, for the charges of second degree assault for their involvement in a reported assault.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">At approximately 6:52 p.m. on Dec. 28, Columbia Police responded to a report of an assault at Tenth and Locust Streets. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim lying in the street who had injuries consistent with an assault.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for his injuries.  </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">During the investigation, officers  were provided with the suspects’ description and located two individuals matching the suspects’ descriptions in the area of Broadway and Ripley Street.  </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police detectives are actively investigating this incident.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. More information may become available at a later time. </span></p>
