<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At approximately 2 a.m. on Jan. 12, Columbia Police responded to a report of an armed robbery in the 1200 block of Larch Ct. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Upon arrival, officers made contact with a male victim who reported that while attempting to make a food delivery at a residence on Larch Court, he was robbed with a weapon. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The victim reported that he was approximately eight feet away from the intended residence when a black male in his early twenties, wearing dark clothing, ran up behind him and pressed a gun against his head. The suspect then demanded property from the victim.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The victim reportedly gave the food to the suspect and fled south in a vehicle back to his place of employment. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The victim also reported that the suspect fled the area on foot in an unknown direction of travel. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. More information may become available at a later time. </span></p>
