<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At approximately 9:08 a.m. on Feb. 10, Columbia Police responded to a report of shots fired near La Quinta Inn, 2500 I-70 Dr. SW. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Through reports from Boone County Joint Communications, officers learned that shots had been fired from a vehicle in the area of Bernadette Drive and I-70 Drive SW.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Upon arrival, officers canvassed the area and located an adult male victim, property damage to a vehicle and several shell casings. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The victim reported that there was a male suspect who was unknown to him. The victim described the suspect as a Black male. At this time, there is no vehicle description.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">No injuries were reported during the incident. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. More information may become available at a later time. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">If you know something, say something. Columbia Police are asking for your help.
