<p><strong>Date & Time:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Monday, March 1, at approximately 9:10 a.m.<br /><br /></span></p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> The area of Conley Road and I-70/US 63 Connector<br /><br /></span></p>
<p><strong>Vehicle and Driver Information:</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vehicle 1: 2020 Ford Explorer</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Driver 1: Paul M. Catron, 37, Jefferson City, MO, Seat belt -Yes, No Injuries.</span></p>
<p><strong><br />Pedestrian Information:</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pedestrian 1: </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Robert E. Glover, Jr,</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> 22, Columbia, MO, Life-threatening Injuries. </span></p>
<p><strong><br />Incident Details:</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police responded to a report of a person who had been struck by a vehicle in the area of Conley Road and the I-70/US 63 Connector. During the investigation, officers learned that Vehicle 1 was traveling north on the I-70/US 63 Connector at Conley Road. It was learned that Robert E. Glover, Jr. crossed the roadway going east across the I-70/US 63 Connector into the path of Vehicle 1. Glover was transported by paramedics to University Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The family has been notified of his injuries. Drug or alcohol impairment is not considered a factor. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. More information may become available at a later time.</span></p>
