<div data-removefontsize="true" data-originalcomputedfontsize="16">The Columbia Community Land Trust (CCLT) is pleased to announce the future donation of an existing Benton-Stephens neighborhood home to the CCLT.  This generous donation will be made by naming the CCLT as the beneficiary to a beneficiary deed recorded to the property.  This future donation is another example of how community land trusts can serve as a tool to preserve existing housing stock, protect affordability and preserve the existing neighborhood character.  The CCLT is excited to assist the City of Columbia with this growing need.  For more information contact Randy Cole at <a href="mailto:Randall.Cole@como.gov" target="_blank">Randall.Cole@como.gov</a>.</div>
