<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><strong>Date & Time: </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Tuesday, March 16  at approximately 10:20 p.m.</span></p>
<p><strong>Location:  </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">Range Line Street /Big Bear Boulevard</span></p>
<p><strong>Vehicle 1: </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">2004 Toyota Avalon</span></p>
<p><strong>Driver 1: </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">Paul Kemei, 47, Columbia, Missouri.  Seatbelt. No injuries.</span></p>
<p><strong>Pedestrian 1: </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cory Black, 46, Jefferson City, Missouri. Fatal Injuries. Next of kin has been notified.</span></p>
<p><strong>Incident Details:</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The crash occurred as Vehicle 1 drove southbound on Range Line Street approaching Big Bear Boulevard and Pedestrian 1 was lying in the driving lane on Range Line Street. Vehicle 1 attempted to change lanes but collided with Pedestrian 1, who suffered fatal injuries. It is unknown if drugs or alcohol were a contributing factor.  </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The investigation of the crash is ongoing.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> More information may become available at a later time.</span></p>
