<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services to host vaccine clinic at Columbia Mall</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - In partnership with the Missouri National Guard and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services (PHHS) will be holding a COVID-19 vaccination clinic Monday, April 19, and Tuesday, April 20, at the Columbia Mall, 2300 Bernadette Dr. <br /><br />The clinic is located in the center hallway of the mall, across from Bath & Body Works. It is the clinic space typically occupied by Boone Health. One thousand appointments will be available each day of the clinic. The clinic will run from  8 a.m. to 6 p.m on both Monday and Tuesday.<br /><br />Appointments are encouraged. Scheduling an appointment requires preregistration through the state’s Vaccine Navigator. Visit <a href="http://www.covidvaccine.mo.gov/navigator">covidvaccine.mo.gov/navigator</a> or call 877.435.8411 to set up a profile and complete registration. Please 
 arrive at the time of the scheduled appointment and note that there is a 15-minute observation period after the vaccine is administered.<br /><br />Walk-ins will also be available on a first-come, first-served basis on both days of the vaccination clinic. Anyone age 16 or older is eligible for a shot. The vaccine is free; no health insurance is required.<br /><br />The two-dose Pfizer vaccine will be given at this vaccination clinic. Pfizer’s vaccine is approved for those age 16 and older. It is not recommended for individuals who have experienced a serious reaction (e.g., anaphylaxis) to a prior dose of a COVID-19 vaccine or to any of its components. For information about the Pfizer vaccine, please visit <a href="https://www.cvdvaccine-us.com/faqs">cvdvaccine-us.com/faqs</a>.<br /><br />Those who receive their first dose at the clinic should return at the same time three weeks later on May 10 for Monday appointments or May 11 for Tuesday appointments.<br /><br />PHHS s
