<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The 16th annual Advancing Renewables Conference will be held virtually May 18 and 19. The conference is scheduled to run from noon to 5 p.m. each day.<br /><br />This conference offers attendees the opportunity to hear speakers from across the country discuss programs, projects and policies that are effectively advancing the use of renewable energy. Attendees can expect to gain insights into industry trends, find solutions for integrating renewable energy sources and explore pathways to energy transition.<br /><br />Sessions for the event include:<br />
<ul>
<li>Maida Coleman, a commissioner on the Missouri Public Service Commission and a former Missouri State senator and Missouri State representative, Empowering Customers Through Education and Strategic Engagement;</li>
<li>Russ Carnahan, senior policy advisor at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and a former U.S. representative, What to Expect from the Biden Administration's Infrastructure Plan;</li>
<li>And a panel discussion It's All on the Line: Getting Renewables from Here to There.</li>
</ul>
