<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police arrested James Edward Hanks, Jr., 37, of Salem, MO on May 6 for the charges of  first degree robbery after he entered the Walmart Supercenter, 415 Conley Road, and threatened an employee while demanding money on April 29. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Columbia Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit located Hanks on May 4 and arrested him on an unrelated warrant. The Department’s Criminal investigations Division was able to identify Hanks as the suspect in the attempted robbery.  </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. More information may become available at a later time.</span></p>
