<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Beginning Monday, May 24, ELI Directional Drilling, contractor for Bluebird Network, will be installing fiber optic cable to serve future small cell wireless facilities. The work requires sidewalk closures on the east side of Hitt Street between University Avenue and Rollins Street, the south side of University Avenue between Hitt Street and South Ninth Street, and the west side of South Ninth Street between University Avenue and Conley Avenue. Not all closures will take place at the same time, and there will be a detoured route for pedestrians at all times. The work will be completed by Monday, June 7 at 5 p.m., weather permitting.<br /><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Motorists, and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the work zone. Pedestrians should follow the traffic control devic
es to the other side of the street.</span></p></div>
